COVID19 update for September 13 in Nigeria

The COVID19 update in the country as reported by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC, on Sunday September 13 is 79. This update shows a drastic reduction in the Coronavirus cases in Nigeria.

The health agency released the breakdown of the new cases across states in the country as follows; Lagos — 30, Kaduna — 17, Ogun — 7, Anambra — 5, Kano — 4, Katsina — 3, FCT — 3, Akwa Ibom — 3, Oyo — 2, Rivers — 2, Delta — 1, Plateau — 1 and Ondo — 1.

There are now 56,256 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 1,082 deaths has been recorded.  However, 44,152 patients have recovered from the disease and discharged.

On a global scale, at least 29,189,605 coronavirus cases have been registered in 215 countries and territories. Of these, at least 21,031,761 are now considered recovered.
