The former minister of finance in Nigeria and current contender in the race for Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has lauded the young Nigerians for taking the bull by the horn in the demand for better Nigeria.
Okonjo-Iweala in a tweet commended the #EndSARS protesters for carrying out a peaceful protest for over a week now and assured Nigerians that their voices are being heard.
“I applaud the resourcefulness and courage of Nigerian youth in the #EndSARS. Powerful to let your voices be heard peacefully. Let’s join hands for a positive outcome through a One Nigeria approach,” she tweeted.
