‘I will leave the White House if the Electoral College declares Biden winner’, Trump says in new interview

The United States President, Donald Trump, on Thursday, November 26 said he will vacate the White House only if the Electoral College votes for Joe Biden.

Trump stated this while speaking to reporters on the Thanksgiving holiday. According to Trump, it would be hard for him to concede to Joe Biden because “we know there was massive fraud”.

When he was asked by a reporter if he would leave the White House if the Electoral College votes for Biden, Trump noted: “Certainly I will. Certainly I will. And you know that”.

“It was a rigged election … at the highest level”, Trump insisted.

However, the media has called and projected Joe Biden as the winner of the November 3 election. Biden won the election with 306 Electoral College votes – while Trump had 232. The electors are scheduled to meet on Dec. 14 to formalize the outcome of the election.
